"Genealogy of the Dutton family of Pennsylvania" compiled by Gilbert Cope, printed in 1871 (pp.13-14) names no wife for Hugh. Alice Pickard was named as his wife on an undocument database on the www. Note the occurance of two consecutive generations of Hughs and Alice Ps. This should certainly be taken as a caution flag.
