Cokayne's "Complete Peerage" (Stanley, p.247). mentions that "he is said to have m. MABEL, da. of SIR JAMES HAWKSET of Stourton Parva, but note f says there is no authority for this. Note m adds that it is possible that he married someone from the de Mascy [Massy] family.
