Ruthey J. Brown says that to the best of her knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of Margaret Brown deceased and their place of residences, are respectfully as follows,
1. Melinda E. Lasley, daughter of deceased, Dade Co. MO
2. Eliza E. Maxwell, daughter of deceased, Greene Co. MO
3. Ann A. Love, daughter of deceased [husband was William - named in notes due to estate] Texas
4. Francis A. Brown,son, residence not known.
5. Ruthey J. Brown, daughter Dade Co. MO
6. The minor children of Hugh F. Brown, deceased they being grand children of deceased, living in Dade Co. MO
7. The minor children of John L. Brown, deceased in state of Texas.
That the said Margaret Brown died without a will. That she will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased. And pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law directs and account for and pay all assets which shall come to her possession or knowledge.
