Miss Myrtle Snyder, 66, died at 2:10 p.m. yesterday at St. Joseph’s Hospital where she had been a patient the last two days.
She had lived with Mrs. Nina Monroe, 1012 Burrell Ave. the past six years after moving from Nampa in 1953 where she had lived for 10 years.
She was born march 12, 1902, on Upper Fords Creek, northeast of Orofino, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Snyder. She lived there until she moved with her parents to Fraser near Weippe where she lived until moving to Nampa.
She is survived by a brother, Willard Snyder, Spokane; a sister, Mrs. Virginia Stocking, Seattle; three step-brothers, Sheldon Pritchard, Tory Pritchard both of Seattle, Gordon Pritchard, Yakima; three step-sisters, Mrs. Emmett Bonner, Pierce, Mrs. Lee Cochrell, Bellevue, Wash., and Mrs. Marie Sterling, Lewiston.
She attended Lewiston United First Methodist Church.
Services are pending with Gilbert’s Funeral Chapel at Orofino.
