Richmond County Virginia Order Book No. 7, 1716-1717, p. 63 - various actions involving the estate of James Phillips dec'd plt. and Thomas Pritchett deft. for 271 pounds of tobacco due by account, the deft. being called and not appearing nor any security returned for him on the motion of the plt. judgment is granted him against the Sheriff of this County for the aforesaid sum & costs unless the deft. appears at next Court and answers the said action, Oct. 4, 1716.
P. 88. Action is dismissed, the plt. not prosecuting Feb. 7, 1716.
p. 107. John Jennings action of debt against Thomas Pritchett is dismissed, the plt. no prosecuting, April 4, 1717.

At a Court held for King George County on Friday the fourth day of March Anno Domini 1725, On the motion of Christopher Pritchet son of Thomas Pritchet dec'd an Orphan, Christopher Pritchet his Uncle (see Christopher Pritchard's will in which he identifies the younger Christopher as his grandson) is admitted his Guardian.
p. 402. At a Court held for King George County the 3rd day of May Anno Domini 1728 Christopher Pritchett acknowledged his lease & Release to Martin Gollathan which was ordered to be recorded.

Mary appeared at, and was involved in, the court proceedings at the time of the indenture of Thomas Pritchard's sons to Christopher Pritchard. It is surmised that she had remarried by then and that her second husband's surname was Donoly, or Donally.
