I am looking for members of the White family from Randolph County, WV.

The information I have so far is that Sampson White married Mary (unknown last name) and had a daughter named Myrtle (b: 11
July 1907 d: Oct 1969).

When Sampson died, Mary remarried and took the name Mullinex.

Myrtle later married Raymond (Jim) Lee Hedrick, had 5 children, and moved to Baltimore (where she died).

If you have any further information you can offer, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

I have a Samson WHITE in my family tree. He was the son of William "Billy" White (b.1813) and Mahala SUMMERFIELD. Billy and Mahala were my maternal gggg-grandparents. My WHITE line was from Dry Fork, Randolph County, West Virginia. Samson had many siblings, one being my ggg-grandfather, Amby WHITE. I have no other info on Samson, though.

This WHITE line married into the SUMMERFIELD's and CARR's. Also, this line is believed to have Native American blood.

Email me if any of this sounds familiar <npena@erienet.net>

Surnames being researched: WHITE, CARR, SUMMERFIELD, RODEHEAVER, WOTRING, FUNK and also...GLASS, BISER, FLEEK, WARNICK
