795Craig : Thank you for sending what information you have on Elizabeth Boone, I will just have to try and figure out which Elizabeth Boone is the mother of John. I have looked at the Pike Co. Indiana census for the year 1840 and I did find an E.B. Boon listed , but no other names with it. Oh well I will just keep looking. Here is the information you asked for on Judge Moses Boone.
Moses Boone was born 23 Feb. 1769 in ( I have Bear Creek, Rowan Co. N.C.) others have that he was born in Putnam , Indiana in 1847 . I think my information is correct however. I have found more eveidence that he was born in 1769 . He married Hannah Boone on the 20th of Dec. 1786 in Brashears Creek, Jefferson Co. Kentucky.
