Notes for Minerva Ennis Howell
888As far as my great aunt Idell Sutton Specer knows, they are all buried in the Howell Cemetery near Weldon Springs, MO. There is also the story that the two youngest died so close together because Daniel died of diphtheria or cholera and his 18 month old sister, Minerva, tipped over a scalding pot of water onto herself and died shortly after Daniel's death. Such tragedy for a family. The mother, Minerva, also came down with whatever Daniel had and died a few days later. This has been told down for some generations, I do not have official documentation for the dates, but hope to gather it. I'm just starting the genealogy highway and am already addicted.
Of course you are aware of the descendant of Minerva from Daniel Boone. Cool!!

I'd love any other information you have about Michael and Minerva.

Thanks

Pamela
