882I was so excited to see the information, I assume provided by you about my family. Although there were some good handwritten family trees left for me, you had far more information than I did......its wonderful.
My name is Beverly Bigelow Pierce. My grandfather was James Morgan Bigelow married to Alphade Herrell. They had three sons. I am sorry to say only one is still living. My father was the oldest, Robert Morgan Bigelow, he passed away in Nov. 1991. The middle son, my Uncle Dick (Richard Lee Bigelow) passed away in 1965 or 1966 he was in his early forties. The only living son of James and Alphade is my Uncle Ross (Marvin Ross Bigelow). I still keep in touch with him.
Robert Morgan Bigelow (my father) has three daughters, myself, Karol and Janet all still liviing. If you are interested I have some old news paper clippings when we were in the Children of the American Revolution. We were displaying some artifacts alleged to belong to Daniel Boone. One of them being a long rifle for which I am now the owner. I have never done any checking on it, but would love to. It was told by the family (My Great Aunt Viola, sister of James, who lived to be 102 years old and passed away around 1973) that the rifle was Daniel Boone's. I have no way of proving that.
Anyway as you know James Morgan Bigelow, my grandfather was the son of Malinda Angeline Calloway, that traces back to Jemima Boone and Flaunders Callaway. I have just started all this searching and was absolutely blown away by your information. You certainly had more information about my grandfather's family than I could produce. It sure is a blessing.
