212Harmon is buried on the home farm. He was a farmer and cattle broker. He came to Randolph County in 1845 and settled about 4 miles east of Valley Head in the Mingo District. He served as a member of the Board of Education, Justice of the Peace and in the Legislature for Randolph Co.
