hi! my name is Stephanie Roy and Capt. Sampson Snyder was my great, great, grandfather. I was wondering if you had any information on his father John Snyder and his wife Lucinda Hensley.

Blaine Snyder was my great grandfather and John Snyder was my grandfather.

do you know how many children John and Lucinda had? I know about Jane that made the famous horse ride. And I had read somewhere that the old school house that was torn down to build the new senior center was part of the John Snyder home place.
