897Last Will and Testament
Eustace C. Pritchard
I, EUSTACE C. PRITCHARD, residing in the City of Circleville, Pickaway
County, Ohio, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testamnet, hereby revoking and and all prior Wills and Codicils.
ITEM ONE
All the property, real and personal, of every kind and description,
whosoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath to my children, HELEN
WILLIAMS, DONALD PRITCHARD, BETTY COLEMAN, KENNETH PRITCHARD, DAVID
PRITCHARD AND LINDA COOK, in fee simple, share and share alike.
ITEM TWO
I designate my son, DONALD PRITCHARD, as executor; but upon failure,
refusal or cessation of the former to serve, I designate my son, KENNETH
PRITCHARD, as executor. I request that no bond be required of my
personal representative.
I empower my personal representative to compond, compromise, settle and
adjust all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate; to sell
any property, at private or public sale, upon such terms of credit or
otherwise as deemed best, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds
and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser (s);
all without court order or other legal formality. No purchaser (s) need
see to the application of any purchase money.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 5th day of
November, 1985, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses.
