"Funeral services will be conducted from the Greenlief Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, June 4 at 2 p.m. for Edward D. Bonner, 84, a resident of Red Creek, who died in Lida-Clark Nursing Home in Clarksburg Monday, June 1. Mr. Bonner had been a patient in the nursing home for the past six years. The Rev. Bill M. Angel, pastor of the Parsons Evangelical United Brethren Church will officiate and interment will be in the Parsons Cemetery."
"Mr. Bonner was born March 26, 1875 in Tucker County, a son of the late James W. and Phoebe Catherine White Bonner. His wife, Mrs. Verna Olive Lambert Bonner, died in 1952."
"He is survived by three daughters, Mrs Lony (Bertie) Rennix and Mrs. Eva Bonner of Parsons and Mrs. Ralph(Dora) Huffman of Washington." If she's still living, I will get called down for it.
