This could possibly be “Wade Hampton Summerfield,” the son of John Summerfield and Louisa White. Can’t be sure but sounds close. [ccs]

familiar with Benjamin Franklin Snyder who married Elizabeth Davis, da. of Jesse
Davis and Elizabeth Vance Davis, in Pendleton County, WV..

Benjamin Franklin Snyder first wife was (1) Caroline Wilfong. They had one
daughter:
Susan "Susie" C. b. May 1879
Susie had a son, Oley Job Snyder, born 12/8/1897 father unknown



Benjamin Snyder then married (2) Elizabeth Vance Davis. They had the
following children:
Henry Carl, b. 6/1892
Lena Bell, b. 2/1894,
Peachie Dove, b. 8/18997
Baby Boy, probably died in 1899 along with his mother at Harman, WV
(3) Sarah E. Shirk Roy
had 1 child: Flora

Susan "Susie" Snyder married (1) Wade Hamilton Summerfield
(2) W. Joe Brown
(3) George Washington Fansler
