I found your email on the Rootsweb pages, while researching the Loupa name.

I see you list a "Living Loupa" with "Unknown Loupa" and Zelma Flood.

To help you fill in some blanks, in case you have some missing... Mildred
Loupa was born 1909 in Muscatine, Muscatine Co., Iowa. Her father was
Chester Loupa, son of William and Sarah Strause Loupa and her mother Zelma
was the daughter of Alex and Plimma Flood. Chester and Zelma were married
Sep 23, 1891 in Muscatine. You'll find Zelma and Mildred living with her
parents in the 1910 Census

I have been researching this family for several years; trying to find out
what happened to the mother (Sarah Strause Loupa) after her husband William
died.

I'll be glad to share what I have if you are interested.
