31Emmanual Lambert & Sarah Cassell were my ggparents. Julia Ann Lambert was born Julia Ann Vandevender born to Sarah Cassell before marrying Emmanual. Later, Emmanual adopted Julia and gave her the Lambert name.

683Dyer Pennington Buried Thursday
Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church here last Thursday by Rev. E. W. Fike for Dyer Pennington who died the last day of March [1947] at the advanced age of 89 years a month and eleven days.
Mr. Pennington was three times married. His first wife was Ann Rebecca Ketterman and to this union a son and four daughters were born. Two of these died in infancy and two others preceeded him to the grave some years ago. His second marriage was to Julia Vandevander and two of the three sons born to this union died. His third wife was to Miss Barbara Cassell and their only son preceeded him in death.
Mr. Pennington was a lifelong member of the United Brethren Church. He is survived by one son and one daughter, Mrs. George Arbaugh of Circleville and Ora Pennington of Riverton together with ten grandchildren and more than a score of great grandchildren.
Following funeral services interment was made in Cedar Hill Cemetery here.
