Mrs. Della Mildren Mallow, 69, of Valley Road, died Monday at Sacred Heart Hospital.
She was born in Tucker County, the daughter of Jacob and Mary Jane (Wilfong) Johnson.
She was a member of the Bowman's Addition Volunteer Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Mallow was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Mallow.
She is survived by one son Harry A. Mallow, city; three daughters, Mrs. Rosalie Cowgill and Mrs. Twyla Payne, city, and Mrs. Vada Williams, Broom's Island, Md.; two brothers, Stanley Johnson, Potomac Park, and Walter Johnson, Cumberland; a half brother, Casper Johnson, Parsons; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Johnson, city and Mrs. Rosie Breedlove, Creasptown, and nine grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the Leasure-Stein Funeral Home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Glenwood Benton, pastor of Wesleyan Methodist Church, Broom's Island. Interment will be in Davis Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be G. Lamar Minnick, William F. Boyd, John Divico, Dennis Boyd, Denny H. Bonner, Dale L. Hillegas and Jack Harper.
