Mrs. Ellen E. Harper, 88, died Sunday morning at 11:30 o'clock at the home of her grandson, Blaine Harper.
The deceased is survived by three sons, James R. Harper, of White Plains, Ill.; D. B. Harper, of Red Creek, and P. D. Harper, of Beverly. Also one brother, William Simmons, of Gassaway.
Funeral services were conducted at the residence of Plaine Harper, Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock by Rev. O. H. Dorsey, pastor of the M. E. church, South.
The remains were removed to Dry Fork Wednesday morning, where interment by F. E. Runner was made in the family cemetery.
