I and my sister-in-law christina smith have been trying to get info. on our husbands family who most or all seem to be deceased, they want to try and fill in any blanks during their childhood. We seem to come up to a dead end everytime we try. If you can help please let me know. We did find the grave site in 2002 for fronia, james monroe and their daughter lilah, who is my husbands mother, she passed when he was 5 and his brother was 6. We do not know when james monroe was born or where, and their mother was married at the time of her death, but we only have a 1st and last name for him and his age at the time of her death that we got off her death cert., we would like to get a marriage license for her but do not know when she married, her youngest child was 2 when she died and she was not married at the time of her last childs birth, lilah died in 1946

I have children listed for Lilah Hoover as:
Adam Thorne
Robert Smith
Katherine Smith
Helen Costner

I have no fathers for them, nor do I have any other info.
I have marriages for Fronia White as:
J Monroe Hoover
Ben "Nora" Nelson
Jay Thorn

Does Jay acturally belong with Lilah? or was she married to one of his kin?
