2072John's Will:
Rachel received the farm on New Creek except five acres and the saw mill that was lieft to Fielding. On the death of Rachel the farm was to be sold and the monies to be divided. One third to William; the other two thirds to be divided into five equal parts, one part going to Andrew, John, Fielding, Matt and Elizabeth. Matthew's share was $25 less and it was to go to Miriam. Rachel also received the tract of land that had been left to her by her father to dispose of as she saw fit. Executor to will: Samuel ARNOLD. Witnesses: Joseph FRAZIER, John BARRICK and James W. CARTER.
