2094Red Creek, W. Va., May 8--Services were held yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Lena Mallow, 52, who died Tuesday evening.
She was a daughter of the late John W. and Bessie Davis Bennett, Pendleton county.
Surviving are her husband, Jasper Mallow, and the following children; Hansel, Davis; Mrs. Myrtle Bible, Red Creek; Mrs. Opal Teter, Montrose; Mrs. Howard Collett, Hambleton; Mrs. Velma Roy, Hallway, O.; Miss Hazel Mallow, at home; Herbert, Gerald, Roy and Keith, at home.
Interment was in Flanagan Hill Cemetery.

Davis, W. Va.--Jasper Mallow, 78, of Red Creek, died Sunday at Tucker County Hospital where he had been a patient three days.
Born at Onego, he was a son of the late Daniel and Rebecca (Lough) Mallow. Mr. Mallow was a well known farmer and lumberman. His wife, Lena (Bennett) Mallow preceded him in death.
Surviving are six sons, Hancel Mallow, Davis; Gerald Mallow, Painesville, Ohio; Forest Mallow, Madison, Ohio; Herbert Mallow, Jefferson, Ohio; Roy Mallow, Red Creek, and Keith Mallow; Dry Fork; five daughters, Mrs. Opal Davis, Jefferson; Mrs. Myrtle Bible, Davis; Miss Hazel Mallow, Red Creek; Mrs. Elma Sheets, Parsons, and Mrs. Velma Ritchey, Madison; 42 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Buena Vista Evangelical United Brethren Church by Rev. B. A. Harris. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at the Hinkle Funeral Home and will be taken to the church at noon tomorrow.
