Found on the Draft Registration Card of her brother, Robert F. Brown.
It stated that Harriet was the nearest living relative to Robert F. Brown ... and they both lived at the same address: R.F.D. #6, Seattle, King Co., Wa
[I am guessing that Harriett is the name of the person listed in the 1889 Washington Terr. Census as being 3 years old. No one in my family remembers who this is but it is doubtful that it is Robert’s wife as I have no record of that either] ccs
