Nelda Irene Lambert Warner, 79, a native of Randolph County, a former resident of Baltimore, Md., and since 1981, a resident of Clermont, Fla., departed this life Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, in Westminister Care at Clermont. She was born Monday, Dec. 26, 1927, at Wymer, a daughter of the late Russel Lambert and Ella Wilfong Lambert. During December 1947, she was married to Veryl Forrest Warner, who preceded her in death July 23, 2002. Surviving are two brothers, James S. Lambert of Clermont, Fla., and Russel Lambert Jr. of Ponce Inlet, Fla.; one sister, Carol Bigbee of Clermont, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Nelda was a homemaker and a Presbyterian. The family will receive friends at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., the funeral hour. The Rev. Janet S. Jenkins will officiate and interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery at Job. Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Nelda Irene Lambert Warner.
