Eva Mae Tano, 69, of Fairmont, passed away Saturday (Dec. 19, 2009) at her residence.Eva was born Jan. 15, 1940, in Philippi, daughter of the late Burl Snyder and Clara (Leary) Snyder.Eva is survived by her husband, Clarence Tano; three daughters, Eva Maria Hunt and husband Chuck of Winfield, Peggy Ann Beaver and husband Ron of Fairmont and Elizabeth F. Shorter and husband James of Westover; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Mae Tano; a granddaughter, Eva Faye Tano; and a brother, Burl Snyder.Following Eva's wish, she was cremated.
