George E. Miller Found Dead Thursday

George E. Miller, 84, 21 Hickenell Rd., Ellwood City, formerly of Muddy Creek Twp., Butler County, was found dead Thursday evening in his home by his son.
Mr. Miller was born in Lancaster Twp., Butler County, on Oct. 23, 1877, con of the late John L. and Margaret Zinkman Miller. His wife, the former Anna E. Hockenberry preceded him in death in October of 1961.
He was a member of Portersville UP Church.
Surviving are three sons: Clyde A. Miller, Wurtemburg: George W. and Harry L Miller both of New Castle: three daughters: Mrs. Walter (Alice) Frazier, Muddy Creek Twp., Butler County: Mrs. Ross (Katie) McCurdy, Brady Twp., Butler County: Mrs. Regis (Clara) Harrington, Pittsburgh, Pa: 24 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the George D. Pyle Funeral Home in Prospect where friends will be received any time until the Saturday services. Rev. Richard C. Smith, Wurtemburg UP Church will officiate.
Burial will be in Portersville, Presbyterian Cemetery.
