SJMEA Honor Band, 2019:

November 11 (Monday)
- Rehearsal & Concert @ WWU PAC

For Monday please make sure to have:

- instrument & accessories
- music
- pencil
- water bottle
- snacks
- lunch
(don't bring $$ for lunch, we don’t expect anything to be open on campus)

- Anything needed to rehearse for a full day, in addition to your music and instrument. (You will have breaks!)

- Bring your concert uniform with you (rather than wear it all day)

- LABEL instruments & folders with name and school so we can easily identify them.

1. Meet at Western - Parking is free all day on campus
2. Be there at least 20 minutes early for setup -
3. 9:00 - 12:00 Rehearsal
4. 12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch [Bring Sack Lunch or go quickly off campus]
5. 1:00 - 2:45 - Afternoon Rehearsal
6. 3:30 - Return to PAC fully dressed in Concert Attire
7. 4:00 - Concert Begins

- Admission is free, and donations are welcome
- Parking is FREE all day
- Remember to be supportive of each other and, above all, be classy!
