Buna was associated with Sampson Snyder [Sampson Snyder Father and an Unknown Mother] and lived out west in Idaho with the Snyders who went west. She was always taken care of and treated as family but no one ever talked about it at the time. [Milton Snyder, as told to Craig Snyder, Aug., 2004]
Buna was living in the Sampson Snyder household during the 1900 census. She was listed as his granddaughter [I am quite sure she was actually Sampson’s daughter]. There was a Clarence Snyder [b. 1900] listed as a grandson in that census as well ... not sure how to place him in the family.
... Moved to Idaho sometime between 1910 and 1920 according to the 1910 [where she was in Dry Fork, WV] and 1920 [where she was in Idaho] census.’ ccs
