Mrs. S. P. Harman
Davis--Mrs. Nettie [Snyder] Harman, 86, widow of S. P. Harman, died yesterday at her residence in Harman, following a long illness.
Born in Harman, December 1, 1875, she was a daughter of the late Captain Sampson and Elizabeth (Bonner) Snyder.
A lifelong member of the Brethren Church at Harman, she was Sunday school superintendent and teacher. She also taught in public schools of Randolph County.
Surviving are three sons, Ellsworth, S. Snyder S., and Terry T. Harman, all of Harman; three daughters, Mrs. Carrie Roy and Miss Twila Harman, both of Harman, and Mrs. Iva Shore, Ukiah, Calif.; two brothers, Blaine Snyder, Harman, and Henry Snyder, Lewiston, Idaho; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the residence until noon on Friday when the body will be taken to the Church of the Brethren for a service at 2 p.m.
Rev. Galen Fike will officiate and interment will be in the Snyder Cemetery.

Rev. Simon Harmon
Davis--Rev. Simon P. Harmon, 80, of Harmon, died yesterday at his home following a long illness.
Born October 29, 1875 at Harmon, he was a son of the late Rev. Asa and Barbara (Cooper) Harmon.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Nettie (Snyder) Harmon; three sons, Ellsworth, Harry and Snyder Harmon, all of Harmon; three daughters, Miss Twila Harmon, at home; Mrs. Carrie Roy, of Harmon, and Mrs. Ira Shore, California; a brother, Asa Harmon, Jr., Mouth of Seneca; 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Harmon Church of The Brethren by Rev. Galen Fike and Rev. Lindsey Teets.
Interment will be in the Snyder Cemetery at Harmon.
The body is at the residence.
