217Cynthia was already in Texas in Sep 1864 when Margaret Brown died. She didn't marry George Lee until Jul 1865 (Jane died 13 Feb 1865) Since her brother, Henry, had filed for land grants in Parker Co. in 1859-1863, she probably went to Texas because he was there. He was apparently well known, as she was mentioned as being his sister in George Lee Dobbs' obituary.
