Mrs. J. M. (Josh) Lynch, age 77 years, died at 11:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at her home north of Weatherford, following an illness of only three days. Mrs. Lynch was born in Missouri but came to Parker County when a child of two years, and at the time of her death, had been a resident of the county for 75 years.
Survivors are her husband, Josh Lynch and four children, one son and three daughters as follows; M. L. Dobbs, Mrs. E. Crelia and Mrs. M. A. Statum all of Weatherford, and Mrs. W. I. Campbell, Hobbs, New Mexico. She is also survived by one brother, Henry Brown of Oklahoma City.
The funeral services were held at 3 p.m. o'clock Thursday afternoon at Bethel, eight miles north of Weatherford, with Rev. Jimmy Dobbs officiating. Burial took place in the Dobbs Cemetery at Bethel. (buried beside 1st husband)

J.M. Dobbs, an old resident of Parker County, died at Carter Tuesday and was buried yesterday at Bethel Church. He was fifty-five years of age, and leaves a wife and three grown children. His death was due to liver complaint, he having been sick several months. [He actually had four adult children]
