Bartrum's "Pedigrees of the Welsh Tribal Patriarchs", _National Libarary of Wales Journal_, xiii (1963), #7-8 and note, discusses a pedigree wrongly attributed to another Seisyll and suggests that it properly belongs to this one. If this is correct, his father was Edynwain, son of Einudd Bach. On the difficulties sorrounding the latter's ancestry, see the article.
