Lectie Pennington Bonner, 94, of Eglon, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2001, in Garrett County Hospital in Oakland, Md.
Mrs. Bonner was born Jan. 16, 1907, in Dry Fork, a daughter of the late Martin V. and Amelia S. Wolford Pennington.
She married Gordon Bonner, who preceded her in death in 1982.
Surviving are two sons, Dwight Bonner, Chardon, Ohio, and Wayne Bonner, Akron, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. David (Lenora) Moon; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. Bonner was a homemaker and a member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren.

Funeral Arrangements: Friends will be received at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be at the church Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rogers Fike officiating. Interment will follow in Buena Cemetery in Canaan Valley. Hinkle Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Garrett County Rescue Squad,/ PO Box 378, Oakland, Md.
