11Funeral Services were conducted in the Evangelical Brethren Church at Flanagan Hill, Saturday, May 6 at 2 p.m. for Casper U. Bonner, 77, of Red Creek, who died Wednesday, May 3 in the Tucker County Hospital in Parsons, shortly after being admitted. The Rev. Bill Angel, Evangelical United Brethren minister of Parkersburg officiated, assisted by Rev. B. A. Harris.
Burial was in the Flanagan Hill Cemetery. Spiggle-Hinkle Funeral Home in Davis was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bonner was born at Red Creek, July 14, 1889, a son of the late Martin and Jane (Cooper) Bonner. His wife, Mrs. Margie Bonner, died in 1964. Her is survived by two sons, Darwin Bonner of Pittsburgh and Kermit Bonner of Davis; four daughters, Miss Hallenna Bonner and Mrs. Virginia Raines of Parsons, Mrs. Irene Brown of Vienna, Va., and Mrs. Reva Emerson of Silver Spring, Md., three half brothers, Eston Bonner of Gaithersburg, Md., Ernest Bonner of Hendricks, and Clifford Bonner of Cleveland; six half sisters, Mrs. Thelma Coberly of Beverly, Mrs. Mabel Miller and Mrs. Freddie Bennett of Hendricks, Mrs. Goldie Strobel of Columbus, Oh., Mrs. Estella Feeney of Cumberland, and Mrs. Delphia Flanagan of Kentucky; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Bonner was a 50-year member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge No. 39 of Parsons.

Funeral services will be conducted today, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m. from the Flanagan Hill Evangelical United Brethren Church for Mrs. Margie Mae Bonner, 74, wife of Casper U. Bonner of Red Creek.
Mr. Bonner died Monday afternoon in the University Medical Center, Morgantown. Death resulted from severe burns at her home last Wednesday, Oct. 14. The Rev. Forrest Murray of Parsons and Rev. Bill Angel of Parkersburg will officiate and interment will follow in the Flanagan Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Bonner was born March 11, 1890 at Macksville, W. Va., a daughter of the late Peter L. and Delzena Hedrick Hinkle. She was a member of the Flanagan Hill Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Flanagan Hill Farm Women's Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Darwin Bonner of Pittsburgh and Kermit Bonner of Davis; four daughters, Miss Hallena Bonner and Mrs. Virginia Raines of Parsons, Mrs. Irene Brown of Vienna, Va., and Mrs. Reva Emerson Hinkle of Alliance, Oh.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
