Carlin Lorice Cooper, 59, of Hinton, died Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.
Ms. Cooper was born March 27, 1947, in Hinton, and was the daughter of Mabel Long Cooper of Hinton and the late Eldon Cooper.
She was a member of Mount Bethel Church of the Brethren and was employed at Marshalls in Bridgewater.
Her mother is her only immediate survivor.
The Rev. John Jantzi will conduct the funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Bethel Church of the Brethren. Burial will follow at the Mount Horeb Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Bethel Church of the Brethren, 8550 Robinson Road, Dayton, VA 22821, or a charity of choice.
