Davis--Mrs. Alta Cooper, 65, Dry Fork, died Wednesday at Weston State Hospital.
Born in Dry Fork, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Amelia (Wolford) Pennington and was a member of Bethel Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are her husband, William B. Cooper, Charleston; three brothers Claude and William Pennington, Eglon; Asa Pennington, Davis; a half brother, Madison Pennington, Davis, and two sisters, Mrs. Lectie Bonner, Eglon and Mrs. Margie Kuhlman, Hyattsville, Md.
The body is at the Hinkle Funeral Home where it will remain until noon tomorrow when it will be taken to the Bethel Church at Lanesville for a service at 2 p.m.
Rev. Galen Fike will officiate and interment will be in Flanigan Memorial Cemetery at Lanesville.
