11Roger Hall Bonner, aged 10 years died Saturday evening in a local hospital of septicemia. The childs home was at Elk, near Hendricks. He sustained a sprained ankle a few days ago and on Saturday morning when physician was summoned, it was found that blood poisoning had developed. He was brought to Elkins on the evening train, and died shortly after reaching the hospital.
The boy was one of a family of nineteen children and is survived by his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. M.V. Bonner, seven brothers and six sisters.
The body was taken to Hendricks and the funeral services were held Monday afternoon.
