430WILL OF SAMUEL COOPER-
This will is in Barbour County, West Virginia. It was entered on December 20, 1858 and probated in April 1863.
"This the 20th day of December 1858, County of Barbour and State of Virginia, I desire that all my jut debts and my funeral expenses be paid our of my personal property, first I give and bequeath unto my sons, Jonas Cooper, Job Cooper, and John S. Cooper, the farm on which I now live on containing one hundred acres.
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Clem fifty dollars out of my personal property to be paid by Executor, herein after named. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Lance, twenty dollars, to be paid to her out of my persona; property, by my executor, I desire the remainder of my personal estate be divided equally between my seven daughters, Mary Lance, Elizabeth Clem, Comford Ward, Emily Mouse, Catharine Jemima Ward, Belinda Jane Griffith, and Rebecca Ann Goure. I desire and do appoint Alva Teter, my Executor."
